Baker Beach Properties is located on Tybee Island, Georgia. We have clean, walk-in ready, everything included that you would need to live a normal daily beach life, along with designated parking spaces in our private off street parking lot, included with your rental. When you choose to stay with us, you can expect us to be very accommodating and to respond quickly to your needs.

Our beach rentals are located at 103 Jones Avenue, Tybee Island, GA 31328, which is a classic vacation destination just 13 miles east of Historical Savannah, GA. Tybee Island is home to a beautiful beach and lots of local businesses, restaurants and bars. In addition, festivals and weekend events bring life to this location all year round for visitors.

About Us

Baker Beach Properties LLC made its first official vacation rental, Sunshine,

2BR, available to the public in June 2017.

Seagull, an efficiency style was completed and came along in April 2018.

We now have Starfish, also an efficiency style rental, available since 2020.

Baker Beach Properties LLC is located right in the middle of an island paradise!!!!

Our rentals are also within walking distance to lots of local,

wonderful, Mom @ Pop type businesses, restaurants and bars.

In fact, there is even a 37year old pizza shop right next door.

We also share our parking lot with a local Mexican restaurant

and a microbrewery upstairs.

Our rentals are very close to the beach, about 400 steps.

You can safely walk to the beach and put your toes in the sand in under 4 minutes.

There are public lighted cross walks with pedestrian flashing crossings signs

to help you get to the beach at any time of the day or night.

Those directions are located on the refrigerator in each rental.

Mission/Vision

We are a family owned and operated small, local business. We would like to put a personal, family quality touch on your vacation with our rental property. This is a local apartment building with close access to the beach and all local things. Our Mission is to give you the closest feeling to actually "LIVE" at the beach.
